Lenka Slavíková

Lenka Slavíková graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, where she specialized in Public Policy and Public Administration with a focus on Environmental Economics. Her key interest is in tools of environmental policy and their application to water. In April 2009, Mrs. Slavíková completed her Ph.D. and her dissertation on the economic school of thought that is relevant for nature protection. She has cooperated with the Institute for Economic and Environmental Policy (IEEP) at the University of Economics since 2001. In 2007, she became the executive director of IEEP. In 2006–2008, she was a member of the Department of Institutional Economics, and since 2008 she is a member of the Department of Environmental Economics at University of Economics in Prague.
